Welcome to I-9 Rescue. By booking, accessing, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

I-9 Rescue provides professional Form I-9 Section 2 completion and verification services performed by qualified HR professionals and Registered Online Notaries acting as Authorized Representatives.

We assist remote employees in completing Form I-9 accurately and in compliance.

We are not your employer, USCIS, or a government agency.

2. No Legal Advice

I-9 Rescue does not provide legal advice. Our services are administrative and procedural in nature. If you need legal guidance regarding immigration or employment eligibility, you should consult a licensed attorney.

3. Employer Responsibility

While we assist with completing Form I-9, employers remain ultimately responsible for compliance with federal employment eligibility verification requirements.

Completion of our service does not guarantee employment approval, continued employment, or acceptance by your employer.

4. Eligibility Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide valid, acceptable documentation as required by Form I-9

  • Attend your appointment on time with the required documents available

Failure to meet these requirements may prevent completion of the service.

5. Scheduling, Rescheduling & No Refund Policy

  • Appointments must be scheduled at least 4 hours in advance

  • Appointments cannot be booked more than 14 days in advance

  • Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice

  • All sales are final. No refunds are offered, including missed or late appointments.

6. Late or Missed Appointments

If you arrive late, are unprepared, or miss your appointment entirely, the session may be forfeited without refund and may require rebooking at an additional cost.

7. Technology & Connectivity

You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a working camera, and access to required documentation. I-9 Rescue is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by technical issues on the user’s end.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I-9 Rescue shall not be liable for:

  • Employment decisions made by your employer

  • USCIS audits or enforcement actions

  • Errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or falsified information provided by you

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service rendered.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, service names, and materials are the property of I-9 Rescue and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
